As of October of 2008, President Bush has reinstated the Energy star Stimulus package. This package allows homeowner to receive a tax credit for specific Energy Star rated product installed in 2009. The new stimulus package has increased the tax credit up to 30% in comparision to the 10% it has been in the past. the new package has made it even easier for homeowners to update their homes at a reduced cost.
